The nutritional information displayed in the App is sourced from third-party databases (Open Food Facts) and may not always be accurate or complete. Always verify nutritional information with product packaging or a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a medical condition such as diabetes, consult your doctor before making changes to your diet based on information from this App. Do not rely solely on Glycio for medical decisions.
Your health and fitness data collected by Glycio will never be used to determine your eligibility for employment, insurance, or credit, nor shared with any party for such purposes.
The AI Coach feature is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Responses generated by the AI Coach are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice.
All content, design, code, branding, and features of the Glycio App are the property of Allar Development and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
The Glycio name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of Allar Development.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the App — your meals, goals, logs, and personal information are yours.
By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not claim ownership of your personal health data and will never sell it to third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allar Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to keep Glycio available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally suspend the App for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you within the App for significant changes.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
